Karrie Shann Montilla
Karrie Shann Montilla graduated from the University of Toronto with an Honours Bachelor of Science in Human Biology, with double minors in Immunology and Physiology. Her interest in sports medicine and musculoskeletal health grew through coursework on human anatomy, injury prevention, rehabilitation, and performance, and was deepened by a knee injury sustained during her 15 years of ballet training. This experience inspired her to understand recovery and support patients in rehabilitation. In her free time, Karrie enjoys exploring new restaurants and searching for the city’s best matcha spots."
Lisa Ito Bagshaw
Lisa Ito-Bagshaw graduated from Hamilton College with a Bachelors Degree in Biology and interest in Psychology. While at university, she was a 4 year varsity member & alternate captain her senior year of the women's ice hockey team. Because of her time in athletics, she has always been interested in physical therapy and helping people return back to exercise and sports. In her free time, Lisa is learning how to run after years of skating, eating good food, and spending time with her friends & family.
